Michael Friedberg is a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP. Mr. Friedberg focuses on developing and implementing advocacy transportation and infrastructure strategies. Prior to Holland & Knight, Mr. Friedberg served as staff director of the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

Ronnie Hakim is HNTB’s national transit and rail market sector leader responsible for collaborating with HNTB’s leadership nationwide on strategic planning and implementation, industry representation, business development, service delivery, and client collaboration and satisfaction. Prior to joining HNTB, Hakim served as Managing Director of the New York State Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where she was responsible for leading more than 70,000 employees in five operating agencies, overseeing transit systems that carry nine million riders each day.
Caroline Decker

Caroline Decker is the Senior Vice President and National Rail Business Director for one of the world’s largest leading engineering firms, WSP. Prior to joining WSP, Decker served as the service line lead for the NEC where she coordinated operational readiness and planning activities for the opening of Amtrak’s Moynihan Train Hall. Additionally, Decker secured key legislation and annual funding increases for the NEC during her tenure as VP of Government Affairs and Corporate Communications. Decker’s executive leadership experience also includes her time as a Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for former Representative Bob Clement (D-TN-5). She was honored with Railway Age’s “Women in Rail” award in 2017 and the WTS-DC Chapter “Woman of the Year” in 2019. She also founded “Notch 8 - Women of Amtrak”, serving as Amtrak’s first company-wide women’s employee resource group.

Harrison Wadsworth is Vice President of Government Relations at AECOM, the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm. Wadsworth leads the company’s approach to federal, state, and local governments on infrastructure development topics. Prior to joining AECOM, Harrison was Senior Director, Government Affairs and Head of Digital and Transportation Policy at Siemens Corporation. He has also held positions in the Association of American Railroads and in the House of Representatives for a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
