(Washington, D.C.) – On January 12, the Senate confirmed Amit Bose to serve as the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Administrator by a vote of of 68-29.

" Amit’s expertise will be key to successfully and efficiently implementing the historic $66 billion provided to passenger rail in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA)."
